I came here for a Simple checkup - and I Left feeling like a Freak show. Inbetween X-rays and The actual dentist, Different Nurses came over Just to take pictures of my teeth on their personal phones. So I have a Few extra Teeth Because I was Abused and Neglected as a Kid? thats no reason to form a Line Just to Snap pics on your Personal phones?? The experience here was far more painful than any Drill or Poke could ever be, Felt such a loss of Dignity and a Lack of Humanity. I feel like crying Looking back, absolutely Miserable at the way I was treated here.

Every person who worked in the front desk on Thursday June 25 were very rude to me and family. Today, me and my sister came for our appointment, on time btw, and we went to check in. We couldn’t do it alone because we needed a parent to sign us off. They talked with both my parents and the fastest any of my parents could get there was an hour later. My father decided to come and just reschedule our appointments. It could’ve went smoothly if the ladies at the front didn’t make rude remarks about my mother and her time “Well it’s not my fault she was late” and “they should’ve dealt with this earlier” “she’s stressing me out” in front of customers and most of all, me and my sister. As well as giving my Father really nasty looks, as if they were judging him for his looks. My father is a hard working construction worker and works hard for my family. The last thing he needs is someone only looking at him for how he’s dressed, straight off the job. As a teenager, it’s hard to look and see grown adults acting like this and I hope it never happens again. Have a good day, Everyone

Review of PCH Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics – 2740 Pacific Coast Highway, Torrance, CA 90505 I have never experienced this level of confusion, staff turnover, billing inconsistency, and lack of accountability from a dental office. Over the course of my daughter’s orthodontic treatment, there were constant staff changes, frequent management turnover, poor communication, conflicting information, and repeated billing concerns. Rather than proactively investigating issues, the burden was repeatedly placed on me to identify discrepancies and obtain answers. I later discovered that my daughter’s orthodontist, Dr. Melissa Ven Dange, was no longer with the practice, yet no notification was provided. I had sent messages directly through the Smile Generation portal regarding retainers and upcoming treatment and received no response. I only learned of the change when the office called to confirm an appointment. The billing issues have been equally concerning. After reviewing records and communicating directly with insurance carriers, I was forced to seek clarification regarding insurance submissions, payment allocations, accounting adjustments, and account balances. Crystal and Cici are the best in the west ! The manager Dominique is so caring and understanding she explained everything in detail . Dr Lee and all the staff were outstanding . Definitely had a great experience at PCH smiles.

This was my first visit. Pleasant and courteous staff. Front desk (Cici, Crystal) as well as doctor's assistants (Amber and others) Up-To-Date equipment. Dr. Kim answered all my questions. Did not sell "deep cleaning". I am encouraging my wife to use this clinic. I recommend them as being professional and affordable. PS Cici has agreed to listen to my 6 songs.
